Tekmaturix
Ideas, innovation, and the problems we haven't solved yet.
Most websites collect what we already know. I wanted one that also keeps an honest list of what we don't: the big questions in science, technology and society that are still open, and roughly how close anyone actually is to answering them.
It started as a personal notebook and grew into this. Everything here is written to be read later, by me or by anyone else who is curious enough to follow a thread.
What the name means¶
Tek (𒆳) is old shorthand for technology and knowledge. Matu (𒁍) is courage, the part about not giving up. Rix is Latin for a leader. Put simply: know things, keep going, build.
